Lead Guest Services Team Member

As a Lead Guest Services Team Member at Pilot Flying J, you'll guide a front-line team delivering friendly, efficient service to professional drivers and travelers. You will support daily operations at the travel center, assist with cash handling and fuel and retail transactions, and ensure clean, safe, and welcoming facilities. You'll coach new team members, model hospitality standards, and help resolve guest concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support guest services team on assigned shifts
• Deliver friendly, efficient service to drivers and travelers
• Operate POS systems and handle cash and transactions accurately
• Help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming store, restrooms, and fueling areas
• Assist with opening/closing and daily operational procedures
• Coach and support new team members through training and feedback
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Support execution of safety, security, and compliance standards
• Coordinate with managers on staffing, breaks, and task assignments
• Promote company initiatives, loyalty programs, and hospitality standards
