Location: The Learning Experience – Oak Creek, WI

Pay: $16–$18 per hour

The Learning Experience – Oak Creek is seeking an experienced and caring Lead Toddler Teacher to guide our 2-year-old classroom. This role is ideal for an early childhood educator who enjoys supporting young toddlers as they build independence, language skills, and social‑emotional development in a structured, play‑based environment.

• Lead a 2-year-old classroom in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment
• Plan and implement age‑appropriate activities aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
• Support early language development, motor skills, and social‑emotional growth
• Maintain consistent routines including meals, diapering or toileting, transitions, and rest time
• Observe and document developmental progress
• Communicate regularly with families regarding daily routines and milestones
• Guide and support assistant teachers to maintain classroom consistency
• Maintain compliance with Wisconsin childcare licensing and school standards

• Experience working in an early childhood education setting required
• Lead Teacher qualified under Wisconsin childcare licensing preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Early Childhood Education coursework or degree a plus
• Previous toddler classroom experience strongly preferred
