This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building systems, creating clarity, and following through in a fast‑paced, student‑focused environment.

What You’ll Do
Student Success & Family Engagement
  • Create and manage personalized learning plans based on student assessments
  • Track student progress, maintain materials, and ensure instructional readiness
  • Build trust with parents through clear communication and follow‑up
  • Demonstrate compassion through meeting students where they are and ensuring every family has a positive, confidence‑building experience

  • Plan and execute local events to attract new students, build community connection, and celebrate center successes
  • Support and implement Mathnasium of Oak Creek’s social media and marketing efforts to drive awareness and engagement
Leadership Support & Team Development
  • Foster a collaborative, relationship‑focused team culture
  • Coach, train, and empower instructors to effectively use the Mathnasium Method
  • Step in to lead center operations when the Center Director is unavailable
  • Drive team accountability, communication, and performance, ensuring that the Mathnasium of Oak Creek team does the right thing for the student, every time
