Corporate Travel Coordinator

Full Time Clerical Oak Creek, WI, US

Work on Events the World Talks About

At Arena, we turn bold ideas into unforgettable experiences. Our teams design, build, and deliver world‑class event spaces for global names like Formula 1, the Ryder Cup, and the PGA Tour — and we do it on some of the biggest stages in the world.

With projects across the US, UK, Middle East, and Asia, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, work with industry experts, and see your work come to life in real time. If you’re looking for a fast‑paced environment, real responsibility, and the chance to be part of something exciting from day one, Arena is the place to grow your career.

Behind every stage we build is a crew that had to get there first, often across oceans, on tight timelines and with plans that change by the hour. As our Travel Coordinator, you’ll be the person who makes that happen: the organized, resourceful and calm voice our team counts on to get them where they need to be and bring them home again.

You’ll

Love This Role
  • A front-row seat to world‑class live events, getting our crews to Formula 1 races, major golf championships and venues around the globe
  • Real ownership from day one: you’ll be the go‑to person for all things travel for the Arena Americas team
  • A role that blends logistics, negotiation and taking care of people, where no two days (or itineraries) look the same
  • The chance to shape how we travel, from sharpening our travel policy to finding smarter ways to save
  • A company that promotes from within and rewards people who take ownership and sweat the details
How You’ll Support the Structure
  • Book domestic and international travel for our teams, including flights, hotels, ground transportation and everything in between
  • Find options that are efficient, cost‑effective and on policy, and make the call with confidence
  • Be the calm, resourceful voice travelers can reach around the clock when flights get canceled or plans change at the last minute
  • Help teammates sort out visas, passports, travel insurance and other documents so they’re ready for wherever the event takes them
  • Stay ahead of global travel restrictions, health advisories and safety regulations so our people travel informed and protected
  • Build strong relationships with airlines, hotels, car rental companies and travel agencies, and negotiate rates that stretch every dollar
  • Manage travel budgets, process invoices, track spend and bring forward ideas to save
  • Keep clean records and build reports on travel usage, spend and trends that help leadership make smarter decisions
  • Guide teammates through our travel policy so nobody has to figure it out alone, and help keep that policy sharp as we grow
The Foundation You Already Have

We’re looking for an organized, people‑first problem solver who loves logistics and keeps a cool head when plans change.

  • 2–3 years of experience in corporate travel coordination or a similar role
  • Energized by the pace of live events and ready to be on call 24/7
  • Comfort with travel management software and booking tools, plus solid Microsoft Office skills
  • Working knowledge of travel policies, international travel requirements and basic visa regulations
  • Serious organizational skills and a knack for juggling priorities without dropping the ball
  • Clear, warm communication, both in writing and on the phone
  • A cool head under pressure and the problem‑solving instincts to handle travel emergencies with confidence
  • Comfort working independently, and just as much enjoyment collaborating with the team
Bonus Points If You Have These
  • A bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, Business or a related field
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
