A leading global equipment manufacturer located in Oak Creek is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR services, serve as the main point of contact for employee relations, and manage various HR functions, including compliance, recruitment, and training. This hybrid role requires three onsite days at the Distribution Center in Oak Creek and one onsite day at the South Harbor Milwaukee location.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
