Assistant Retail Manager – Tri City National Bank

Tri City National Bank is hiring an Assistant Retail Manager to lead branch operations, support teller functions, and enhance customer experience.

$25.00 - $33.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Supervise and manage branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service and security.
• Support and train staff, maintaining high service standards.
• Manage team schedules and performance reviews.
• Ensure branch cleanliness, organization, and welcoming atmosphere.
• Stay updated on banking regulations and industry trends.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication.
• Handle confidential information and ensure compliance with policies.
• Complete other assigned tasks as needed.

• 1+ year of bank supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage staff.
• Knowledge of banking policies, operations, and procedures.
• Proficiency in working independently, handling multiple tasks, and exercising good judgment.
• Willingness to travel and attend required meetings.
