Champion Care, a Best Place to Work for two consecutive years, is seeking ambitious, business-minded professionals for our Administrator in Training (AIT) Program
. This accelerated 6 to 8 month leadership program prepares future Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHA) to lead skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities.

You'll train alongside experienced Nursing Home Administrators and executive leaders while gaining hands-on experience in:

• Healthcare operations
• Financial management and P&L
• Budgeting and business strategy
• Team leadership
• Regulatory compliance
• Admissions and census growth
• Human resources
• Executive decision making

Upon successful completion of the program and state licensure, you'll be prepared to lead a multimillion-dollar healthcare operation.

During the Program

• $70,000 annual salary

After Licensure

• Typical starting salary of $100,000+, depending on location and facility
• Performance-based profit sharing

We're looking for high-performing leaders with strong business and operational experience, including:

• MBA graduates
• Business, Healthcare Administration, or Operations majors
• Operations, retail, logistics, hospitality, or multi-unit managers

Prior skilled nursing experience is not required.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to meet Wisconsin or Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator licensure requirements
• Willingness to relocate within the state for final Administrator placement if needed
