We are seeking a technical expert who demonstrates exceptional proficiency in a dynamic, high-stakes manufacturing environment. This position mandates complete technical ownership of complex machining operations and an unwavering commitment to mentorship and ensuring uninterrupted production continuity.

Advanced CNC Programming and Operation

• Program and Process Management: Assume full responsibility for the programming, editing, simulation, and optimization of CNC programs (M-Code/G-Code and CAM). The primary focus will be on maximizing material removal rates, refining surface finishes, and adhering to stringent geometric tolerances.
• Complex Equipment Setup: Execute the expert setup, calibration, and operation of diverse, state-of-the-art CNC machinery, including high-speed 3-, 4-, and 5-axis Vertical/Horizontal Milling Centers, Single/Twin-Spindle Turning Centers, and Integrated Mill/Turn apparatus. This requires advanced proficiency in work holding, fixture alignment, and material handling protocols.
• Process Optimization: Implement continuous monitoring and execute real-time process adjustments concerning machine performance, tool lifespan, and cycle efficiencies to minimize material waste and operational downtime.

• Rigorous Verification: Conduct in-process quality control utilizing precision measurement instruments and optical comparators. Validate all manufactured components against engineering blueprints and specifications (dimensional accuracy, geometric integrity, and surface finish criteria).
• Inspection Expertise: Consistently apply an in-depth, expert-level understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles for precise inspection and subsequent process modification.
• First Article Inspection (FAI): Execute comprehensive checks, documentation, and formal approval of First Articles (FAs) and new program run-offs, ensuring absolute adherence to AS9100/ISO quality standards and mandated customer requirements.

• Systemic Diagnostic Troubleshooting: Employ advanced analytical and problem-solving methodologies to diagnose and resolve production impediments, including issues related to tooling degradation, programming inaccuracies, machine malfunctions, and material integrity challenges.
• Technical Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert and technical mentor, providing detailed, structured on-the-job training to junior machinists and newly onboarded personnel.
• Shift Transition Continuity: Ensure clear, comprehensive, and proactive professional communication with the first shift teams (via electronic notes, emails, and texts) to accurately convey production status, machine operational health, and critical priorities, thereby guaranteeing seamless shift handover.

• Multi-Axis Expertise (Prerequisite): A minimum of five (5) years of verifiable, hands-on experience in the setup and operational execution of 3, 4, and 5-axis milling processes is required.
• Advanced Turning and Mill/Turn

  Documented, extensive experience in the operation, setup, and programming of single/twin-spindle turning centers and integrated mill/turn processes.
• Inspection and Blueprint Mastery: Expert-level practical knowledge and proficient application of GD&T. The ability to accurately interpret complex aerospace and medical engineering drawings is mandatory.
• Software Proficiency: Demonstrated working experience with Advanced Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and scanning software, as well as mainstream CAD/CAM platforms (e.g., Powermill, Feature cam, and Solidworks).
• Tooling Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of contemporary tooling technologies, appropriate speeds, feeds, and coolant optimization techniques for various high-performance and exotic materials (e.g., Titanium, Inconel, specialized alloys).
