Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Trailer
Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This role is responsible for repairing, fabricating, and maintaining trailer bodies and components to ensure safety, durability, and quality workmanship. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in producing solid, reliable work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform welding and fabrication on trailer bodies, frames, and components
  • Repair structural damage, floors, doors, roofs, panels, and undercarriages
  • Cut, fit, and assemble metal parts using hand and power tools
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints, measurements, and work orders
  • Perform body repairs including straightening, replacing panels, and reinforcing structures
  • Inspect trailers for damage and determine repair needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and shop standards
  • Perform body swaps
Qualifications
  • 1+ Welding and fabrication experience
  • Experience working on trailers, truck bodies, or heavy equipment preferred
  • Ability to accurately measure, cut, and fabricate metal
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
