PPG Industries - 10800 South 13 Street - Responsibilities:
Verify formula and component specifications on batch tickets.;
Set up, adjust, calibrate, and operate laboratory equipment and instruments such as paint guns, mixers, viscometers, chemical balances, pH meters, gloss meters, solids analyzer, spectrophotometer, and other equipment.;
Test samples of manufactured products to verify conformity to specifications.;
Record test results on batch tickets and on our computer operating system.;
Manage quality records and retains of production batches.
