We are hiring immediately for a full time CLEANROOM TECHNICIAN position.

Fixed Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Maintains a sterile environment in the clean room by garbing, cleaning the room, and behaving according to clean room procedures that align with facility practices or guidelines.

• Practices efficient use of cleaning techniques, solutions preparation, equipment and tool operation.
• Performs all decontamination cleaning and project assignments within area of responsibility or as directed by supervisor with high level of consistency, accuracy and reliability. This also includes executing cleanroom cleaning SOPs.
• Maintains documentation on all activities and frequent quality control testing and verifies the efficiency of the work performed.
• Monitor and maintain the stock of cleanroom garments and cleaning materials when applicable.
• Monitor and manage contamination sources within the cleanroom environment including materials and personnel.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of housekeeping or cleaning service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend Standard Operating Procedure documents (SOPs)

• Exposure to chemicals on a constant basis requiring special clothing and/or safety equipment
