Furlani Foods is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead with a passion for driving operational excellence in a cutting‑edge facility, who will thrive on solving complex problems and leading high‑performing teams. As the Maintenance Team Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the maintenance of cutting‑edge baking and packaging equipment, including automated robotic systems.

You’ll lead a team of 12–15 skilled technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

• Lead with Excellence:
  Drive the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across our facility, focusing on maximizing equipment uptime and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Embrace a Zero Loss Mindset:
  Utilize Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Reliability‑Centered Maintenance (RCM) to tackle problems head‑on and eliminate recurring issues.
• Champion Safety and Quality:
  Ensure compliance with OSHA and SQF regulations while maintaining the highest standards for food safety and product quality.
• Collaborate and Innovate:
  Work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes, reduce waste, and drive operational excellence.
• Empower Your Team:
  Mentor and coach your team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to succeed in a high‑speed, automated environment.
