Production Operator

Pay Rate: $25.14 plus shift differential

Shift: 3pm-11:30pm

• Set up and prepare production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition.
• Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions, and necessary repairs.
• Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.
• Clean equipment when needed.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer production materials between the warehouse and working area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.
• Must be clean‑shaven to wear proper PPE.
