Thrive Freeze Dry is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm, Mon–Fri) to oversee daily operations on the production floor. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, maintain records, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
The role requires 2–3 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, along with HACCP/GMP knowledge and basic Microsoft Office skills. Work closely with Plant Manager to optimize performance and product quality.
