PPG Industries - 10800 South 13 Street - Responsibilities:
Verify formula and component specifications on batch tickets;
Set up, adjust, calibrate, and operate laboratory equipment and instruments such as paint guns, mixers, viscometers, pH meters, gloss meters, solids analyzers, spectrophotometers;
Test samples of manufactured products to verify conformity to specifications;
Record test results on batch tickets and in our computer operating system;
Manage quality records and retains of production batches
