Furlani Foods, LLC in Oak Creek, WI, seeks an accomplished manufacturing leader to guide a 58–62 person night team on two high-speed lines. You will drive OEE, mentor staff, and partner across QA, Warehousing, Sanitation, and Maintenance to sustain safe, high-quality production.
You bring 2–3 years of manufacturing leadership, Lean, Six Sigma, ERP literacy, and MS Office fluency, with a strong commitment to safety and quality. Travel 1–2 times annually for training within Canada/USA.
