Lead, you'll be an integral part of our production team, working

closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth daily

operations. You'll lead a team of 11-15 associates, focusing on hitting

production targets, improving processes, and maintaining a safe and

high-quality work environment.

The Role

As the Packaging Team Lead, you'll oversee the daily operations of our high-speed packaging line, managing a team of 11-15 associates and collaborating with key support departments like Quality Assurance, Warehousing, Sanitation, and Maintenance. You'll ensure seamless operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead your team in fostering a culture of total employee engagement.

What You’ll Do

• * Lead & Manage Production:
  Oversee production and packaging activities on high-speed lines. Act as the go-to resource for team members, resolving minor issues and ensuring production goals are met.
• * Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
  Work closely with support departments (QA, Warehousing, Sanitation, Maintenance) to ensure smooth integration and alignment of production goals. Fostering teamwork and collaboration among associates.
• * Drive Operational Excellence:
  Optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by addressing bottlenecks, minimizing downtime, and implementing Lean ..
