Team As the Logistics and Material Handler Lead, you’ll lead a high‑performing logistics team, overseeing material handling, inventory control, shipping, and receiving. You’ll work side by side with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Planning to ensure efficient material flow and accurate inventory management. You’ll be responsible for developing your team, driving warehouse efficiency, and championing food safety and lean practices.

The Role In this frontline leadership position, you’ll direct the daily activities of the Logistics and Material Handler team, ensuring materials are received, staged, and shipped in alignment with production needs. You’ll also guide your team in adhering to safety standards, warehouse best practices, and food safety protocols while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

• Lead & Support Your Team:
  Assign daily tasks, conduct shift huddles, train new team members, and mentor your team to meet performance standards and KPIs.
• Oversee Warehouse Operations:
  Manage receiving, storage, and shipping activities; ensure proper staging of raw materials and packaging to support continuous production flow.
• Drive Inventory Accuracy:
  Monitor stock levels, lead cycle counts, and ensure timely and accurate data entry into ERP
