Registered Nurse; RN - School-based -Private Duty

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full‑time, school‑based position in Oak Creek, WI for the 26/27 school year. This is a private duty/1:1 position for a student with medical needs including trach care and suctioning. In this role, you're not just providing care—you're promoting confidence, health, and wellness that helps students thrive in and out of the classroom.

• Manage chronic and acute medical needs
• Support IEP/504 health plans
• Provide first aid, medication administration, and emergency response
• Collaborate with school teams and families to ensure safe learning environments
• Serve as a health educator and advocate for student well‑being

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS CPR certification
• Must have trach care and trach suctioning experience, preferably with pediatric patients.
• Must have school‑based experience, Diabetic monitoring, Asthmatic, Diabetics, Seizure monitoring, Medication administration and Pediatrics experience.
