As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their highest level of independence while building a workplace rooted in respect, teamwork, and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide various care tasks for our patients, including bathing, dressing, feeding, passing meal trays, resident transfers, and assisting with ambulation
• Utilize PCC (Point Click Care) charting experience to accurately document resident care
• Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Rotate weekends and holidays with competitive pay and shift differentials

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Wisconsin and in good standing
• Great customer service skills
• Passion to work with the aging population
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
