AWS Certified Weld Inspector; CWI​/NDT Level II Inspector

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AWS Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) or NDT Level II Technician to join our team. Candidates with current AWS CWI certification are preferred; however, individuals without prior inspection experience who are motivated and willing to be trained are encouraged to apply. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a long-term career in welding inspection and quality assurance.

Job duties will be carried out in shop and in the field with no long term travel. Field work is mostly within two hours of the shop. No overnight stays in the field are required

• Perform welding and NDE inspections in accordance with AWS codes, project specifications, and company procedures
• Interpret and evaluate test results
• Accurately document inspection findings and reports
• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure compliance with safety requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Follow company quality and safety policies at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and be trained in NDT methods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions
• Good communication and basic documentation skills
• Applicant must be local to the South-East Wisconsin Area
• Reliable transportation

• AWS Certified Weld Inspector
• NDT Level I or II certification(s) (e.g., UT, MT, PT, RT, VT)
• Prior experience in NDT, inspection, or industrial environments
