Quality Supervisor – Lead the Crew That Keeps Us Sharp!

We’re a New State of the Art Technology Manufacturing Plant in Oak Creek, WI!
We’re a fast‑growing medical device manufacturer looking for a Quality Supervisor who can keep our production running clean, compliant, and top‑notch. If you’re the type who spots mistakes before they happen and likes leading a team that takes pride in doing things right, you’ll fit in perfectly.
What You’ll Do- Lead a team of quality inspectors/techs
- Keep inspections on track and accurate
- Review DHRs and quality records
- Jump into root‑cause problems and help fix them
- Support audits (FDA, ISO, internal — all the fun stuff)
- Work with production and engineering to keep quality tight
- High school diploma
- Experience in quality or manufacturing
- Leadership skills (formal or informal — if people naturally follow you, that counts)
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort with documentation and inspection tools
- Bonus: medical device or ISO 13485 experience
- Experience in manufacturing, medical devices, dental, or automation
- Steady work with a growing company
