Engage peers to provide the best possible shopping experience for customers, including an exceptional checkout experience.;
Communicate with team members and assign daily work tasks.;
Mentor and coach other team members to ensure customer service and sales goals are exceeded and the area meets Meijer standards.;
Assist training new team members and cross-training high-potential talent to positively impact productivity; participate in scheduling to improve customer service, store sales, and profitability.
