Position Overview

We are seeking a B2B Account Manager to support our business development and client acquisition efforts. In this role, you will meet in person with small and mid-sized business owners, assess their needs, and guide them through Amazon business solutions. This position is relationship-driven and educational, not cold calling or telemarketing. All meetings are conducted through scheduled or assigned territory outreach.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, standard business hours

Responsibilities
  • Meet face-to-face with business owners and managers in assigned territories
  • Present Amazon business services in a clear, professional, and consultative manner
  • Build and manage client accounts, including follow-up and ongoing support
  • Maintain accurate notes, account activity, and client documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
  • Support ongoing B2B outreach campaigns and business initiatives
  • Participate in weekly training to strengthen sales, account management, and business development skills
