Specialty Sales Representative, EMS Clinical and Software

• Collaborate with Territory Manager(s) to support sales activity through telephone and email communication
• Develop a deep understanding of the EMS industry and ZOLL products to effectively serve clients
• Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts while managing activity reports for review meetings
• Identify leads through cold calling and increase market share for consumables, accessories, and software solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and territory sales managers, ensuring their concerns are addressed

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3–5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue quotas
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively

• Experience in account management and client‑focused solution delivery
• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
