What You'll Be Doing

• Generate retail sales by applying passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs through connection and thoughtful questioning.
• Present product insights and solution recommendations to give customers complete top‑down sales solutions.
• Close sales using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop professional skills through ongoing training and ups‑kill in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Expand your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events to broaden the loyal customer base.

Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with up to $18,000 annually in individual‑based commissions for meeting sales goals. Top performers can earn an additional $14,500 or more in commissions, potentially reaching $65,000–$75,500 annually (varies by geography, hours, and performance). A $2,500 sign‑on bonus is offered (subject to terms).

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts for increased income during peak periods.

Even better if you have:

• Experience in a commission‑based environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week.

Onsite at a defined store location.
