Position: Security Officer at Oak Creek, WI

Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.73 / Hour

Age Requirement: Must be 21+ years of age

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site‑specific procedures, screening access at entry points, and supporting security‑related protocols for a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor inbound and outbound pedestrian and vehicle traffic, verify credentials and/or delivery documentation, and help deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, yard, dock areas, and perimeter to observe conditions and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.
• Maintain accurate access records, visitor logs, and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding arrivals, departures, and security‑related concerns.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Age at least 21 years.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds (preferred).
• Experience with access control and badge management (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Background investigation and drug screening as required by law.
• Compliance with applicable state and local licensing requirements.
