Security Officer Entry Screening

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Control access at entry and exit points by checking credentials, processing visitors, and documenting deliveries, pickups, and/or contractor activity in accordance with site protocols;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or first responders when needed;
Monitor entrances, gates, loading areas, and other assigned access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and support the orderly flow of people, packages, and/or vehicles;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to access points, trailer yards, loading docks, and other sensitive areas as assigned
