Underground Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day‑to‑day operations
• Ensure job completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to job foremen and crew members
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor
• Verify locates, materials and billings
• Provide all required job reporting
• Complete as‑builts and redlines
• Actively participate and take responsibility for safety, maintenance, production and personnel‑related initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

• At least 18 years of age
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required
• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
• Good computer skills, especially database software and Excel
• Prior experience with Google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Local work with occasional travel
• A valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a valid medical card
• A Class A CDL license is a plus

• Frequent use of sight (specifically, close to perform computer work), hearing, and voice
• Use of hands, arms, and fingers to perform routine and repetitive tasks
• Occasional lifting up to 75 lbs
• Occasional work in adverse weather conditions and uneven surfaces
• Wear required personal protective equipment when required
