This position is a direct hire opportunity!
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an FCAW Welder for our metal fabrication client to start immediately at $26/hr+ DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
ResponsibilitiesWelders are responsible for performing fabrication welding tasks to support customer requirements and production goals.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts and procedures.
- Select appropriate welding equipment and methods based on project specifications.
- Prepare materials for welding, including cutting components with powered tools to required dimensions.
- Use angle grinders and other tools to clean and prep surfaces for welding.
- Align and secure components using measuring tools such as calipers and rulers.
- Perform welding using manual or semi-automatic equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead).
- Repair equipment and structural components by welding and filling gaps as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by supervision.

- Overtime as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in welding.
- Experience with various welding techniques and equipment (such as FCAW).
- Proficiency using hand and power tools (e.g., saws, squares, calipers).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Understanding of safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Proficiency in English.
- Completion of a relevant apprenticeship program is required.
- Industry certification (such as AWS welding certification) is preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to remain active throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
- Capability to use hand tools, power tools, and operate heavy equipment.
- Ability frequently lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
