Performance Food service is hiring an entry-level Driver Trainee to learn local and intrastate delivery routes. This role offers hands-on training, competitive pay, and benefits starting from Day 1 as you progress toward a CDL-driven position.
You will complete a structured training program, ride with a driver trainer, and progressively take on deliveries while maintaining DOT safety standards. A valid CDL A, DOT Health Card, and a clean MVR are required, with a minimum age of 21.
