• Earn $70,000+ in 2nd year
• 1st solo pay raise: $0.02 increase after 6 months
• 2nd solo pay raise: $0.02 prevailing rate after one year

• 100% no-touch freight

• Monday
  - Friday schedule
  - Off two days a week!
• New & late model day cabs

• Paid orientation
• 4 weeks with trainer, Monday-Friday @ $200 per day or $1,000 per week in trainee pay
• Completion Bonus:
  Earn $2,000 for completing training & one year with DEX!
• $500 after 12 months from date of hire
• Additional $500 after 10,000 miles ran from date of hire
• Additional $500 after 20,000 miles ran from date of hire
• Final payment of $500 after 30,000 miles ran from date of hire
•
