Warehouse Laborer

Position Title: Warehouse Laborer

Wage: $18/hour

Shift: 3rd

Hours: 11:00pm-7:00am

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Warehouse Laborer for a company in Oak Creek, WI. This is an associate-to-hire opportunity.

• Dismantle and remove warehouse racking systems using hand and power tools
• Safely lower and organize metal beams, uprights, and shelving components
• Load dismantled racking materials onto semi-trucks for shipment
• Secure and stack materials properly to prevent damage during transport
• Assist with staging, organizing, and palletizing materials
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

• Previous warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred
• Experience using basic hand tools (wrenches, drills, impact tools) preferred
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Must know how to drive a forklift required
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds consistently throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
• Comfortable working at heights if required (depending on racking setup)
