Role Overview

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory accuracy within a warehouse environment. They actively count, verify, and reconcile stock, ensuring inventory records are precise and up-to-date. Key duties include conducting physical counts, comparing records, investigating discrepancies, and preparing inventory reports. The role involves monitoring inventory rotation, managing shrink levels, and recommending actions for stock depletion or defect issues.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 1 year of inventory experience in a warehouse setting
• Strong math skills and ability to communicate accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Physical ability to lift 10-35 pounds regularly and up to 90 pounds occasionally
• Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry)
• Must pass post-offer drug and background tests

• Count and record inventory levels
• Compare physical counts to records and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation
• Monitor inventory rotation and prepare related reports
• Investigate and address stock issues, including shrink and defective items
• Perform other related duties as assigned
