Order Selector

Performance Food Group is hiring a day shift Order Selector to accurately pick, assemble, and stage customer orders in a fast-paced wholesale food distribution center. Working in dry, refrigerated, and freezer areas, you'll use voice or RF systems and pallet jacks to build secure, accurate pallets that meet delivery schedules. You'll follow strict safety and food handling standards while achieving productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using voice or RF systems
• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
• Stack, wrap, and stage pallets for loading and delivery
• Follow all safety, food handling, and warehouse procedures
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
• Complete pre- and post-shift equipment inspections
• Work in varied temperature environments including coolers and freezers
• Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to meet delivery schedules
