Parts Administrative & Inventory Control

We are looking for a Parts Administrative & Inventory Control team member dedicated to supporting our Oak Creek and North Milwaukee locations
.

This position combines administrative support with hands-on inventory control to help maintain accurate parts inventory, streamline processes, and support both dealership Parts teams.

• Support parts inventory and administrative functions at both locations
• Research inventory adjustments and discrepancies
• Complete cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
• Audit parts locations and holding areas
• Process customer, vendor, and core returns
• Assist with physical inventory
• Maintain accurate records and data
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and efficiency
• Work closely with dealership and Corporate teams
• Cross-train and provide support across both locations as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse/parts environments
