ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking a full-time
LBS1-certified Special Education Teacher
to support an elementary autism program in the Chicago/South Suburban area. This role requires a
full K/Pre-K–Age 22 PEL
, and offers a stable schedule, strong team support, and consistent caseload.

• Full-time only

• Elementary autism classroom

• $50–$60/hr
  (W2 with benefits or 1099 option)

• Caseload and responsibilities may shift based on student needs

• Must hold aK/Pre-K–Age 22 LBS1 license

• LBS1 teacher with experience in autism or cross-categorical settings

• Strong behavior management, communication, and collaboration skills

• Ability to support students with diverse learning and sensory needs

• Comfort working within a structured classroom environment
