The Oak Forest Great Clips is looking for full time stylists/assistant manager (minimum 32 hours a week) to join our team! You are required to have the Illinois Cosmetology License or the eligibility to take the exam soon. We offer a busy, positive salon environment with an incentive-based pay that rewards your hard work and skills. For full time, you must be able to work two evening shifts per week as well as Saturdays and/or Sundays.

To join a Great Clips salon team as an Assistant Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team‑first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
