Certified Nursing Assistant

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with Orion Home Health in the Oak Forest and Surrounding areas, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients in their homes. Our team is dedicated to providing outstanding healthcare services, and we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our staff.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including vital signs, wound care, and personal care
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Implement care plans developed by the interdisciplinary team, as delegated by the registered nurse
• Document patient care, progress, and any concerns or issues in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
