Revenue Auditor compiles and audits revenue, records and control documents. Prepares reports for all areas of casino operations.
Essential duties and responsibilities include consolidating shift reports for all areas of casino operations, preparing the audit and distributing the win reports, verifying soft count deposits, auditing and accounting for all control documents and preparing exception reports for all errors, reviewing, compiling, and reporting W2G information, ensuring the safety and security of employees and customers, and other duties as assigned.
Required skills and abilities include availability to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights. Education and experience include a high school diploma or GED equivalent, two years of accounting experience or two years of formal accounting education is preferred, and able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
Physical requirements and working conditions include sitting or standing, walking, using hands to finger, reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, talking or hearing, and the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The employee is expected to circulate throughout all gaming areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and the functioning of machines.
