Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel (the “Property”) is a facility in a high-traffic area in Oak Grove, Kentucky, near Ft. Campbell and within driving distance of Clarksville, TN and Nashville, TN.

• Cleans according to standards the following items and areas: broilers; deep fryers; grills; ovens; range hoods; ware washing machines; floors; walk-ins.
• Rinses all dishware, tableware, and service ware for restaurants before sending them through the dish machine.
• Knows and follows Health & Safety standards as set forth by governmental agencies.
• Washes hands at each point of potential contamination.
• Cleans, decks, brushes, and mops all kitchen floors.
• Follows 3-compartment sink procedures.
• Weekly de-liming of each dish machine.
• Uses all chemicals according to their use and knows where safety sheets are located.
• Reports malfunctions of dishwashing machines or other equipment, including temperatures that are too low or too high.
• Sets up, breaks down, and maintains all dishwashers.
• Empties trash and cardboard boxes to the dumpsters.
• Cleans and maintains all cook lines.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisors to maintain the kitchen, including but not limited to: cleaning ice machines; cleaning hand sinks; refilling paper towel and soap dispensers; using and cleaning floor signs.

• Ability to multi-task.
• Communication skills for safety.
• Provides good internal customer service to team members.
• Availability to work as needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer Service or Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
