• Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour (equal or exceed the required minimum wage).
• Additional compensation:
  Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
