Guest Safety & Service Specialist

Presque Isle Downs, Inc. is looking for Security Officers at their Oak Grove location. The Security Officers will help maintain a safe and secure environment for all patrons and employees. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, monitoring the property for safety concerns, and ensuring access control to restricted areas. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, be professional in various situations, and be able to work as part of a team.

A high school diploma is preferred, along with experience in security or customer service.
