This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager role located in Oak Harbor, WA. The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of project management, from planning and execution to closeout, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and budget goals. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating resources, supervising expediting processes, and collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The role also involves conducting project inspections, resolving challenges, and maintaining clear communication to ensure project success.
Qualifications- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and resource coordination
- Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure timely project delivery
- Experience in conducting thorough Inspections to meet safety and quality standards
- Proven ability in Logistics Management and coordination of project materials and resources
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teams and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in heavy civil construction or asphalt paving projects is a plus
