The Customer Service Manager (CSM) oversees quality care, customer service, employee performance, and overall customer satisfaction for All Ways Caring Home Care clients. The role is a part‑time temporary position, 25 hours per week.

• Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the caregivers who deliver direct care.
• Manage employee scheduling, identify problem situations, and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients.
• Ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping.
• Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, social services, or a related field (preferred).
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
