Store Customer Service Rep
Customer Service Representative – Your role is to deliver excellent service while supporting daily store operations. We look for individuals with a positive attitude and strong people skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. We're growing so fast it's hard to keep up, and that means Domino’s has lots of ways for you to grow – to management or beyond – whether it’s a hobby, a main gig, or a supplemental job.
Key Responsibilities- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands to perform precise movements quickly.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- You must be 16 years of age or older.
- Standing – most tasks are performed from a standing position.
- Walking – for short distances for short durations.
- Sitting – paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
- Lifting – bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded using a hand truck; cases of ingredients and supplies may weigh up to 50 pounds.
- Carrying – large cans and pizza sauce may be carried to working areas.
- Pushing – trays are moved on dollies; a stack on a dolly requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds.
- Climbing – occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance.
- Stooping/Bending – forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
- Crouching/Squatting – performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
- Reaching – performed continuously up, down, and forward; may reach above 72 inches.
- Hand Tasks – eye‑hand coordination and frequent use of hands for shaping dough, using a pizza cutter, and assembling boxes.
- Machines, Tools, Equipment – use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, and pizza tools.
