Customer Service Rep
Student Employee - Student Assistant

Rate of Pay: $17.13 per hour (Pay range may vary based on geographic location)
Purpose:
To provide work opportunity for those students eligible for the Work-Study program.
Responsibilities:
- Greet students
- Collect paperwork
- Assist with filing and scanning documents
- Create informational packets
- Assist with special projects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Work Study Eligible
- Must complete FAFSA (Domestic Students)
- Enrolled/Attending at least half-time for regular semester sessions
- Must not be on Financial Aid Suspension or Academic Suspension
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to fluently read, write, and understand the English language
- Proficiency with the following, but not limited to: active listening; speaking; writing; critical thinking; judgment and decision making; monitory; reading comprehension; time management; coordination; and management of personnel resources
- Proficiency for using a variety of computer and technology-related software and equipment, including Microsoft Office products and database systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with or without direct supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
