Compensation:New hires for this position typically start between $36.76 and $49.01 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. Benefits:

What you’ll do
The Behavioral Health Clinician IV provides quality counseling, case management, education and community support services to clients with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and/or co-occurring disorders using evidence-based and promising practices.
This position may oversee interns and provides clinical supervision.
The below requirements differentiate this position from Behavioral Health Clinician III:
- Current mental health clinical licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LASW, LICSW)
- 2 years’ experience post Master’s Degree
PRIMARY/
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Services
- Provides evidence-based and research-supported mental health and psychosocial interventions through problem-solving, case management, and group facilitation in accordance with program policy and the clients’ Individual Service Plan
- Diagnoses mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders in accordance with the most recently published Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (e.g., DSM-5) and ASAM requirements.
- Collaborates with other Pioneer behavioral healthcare providers and community partners based upon the clients’ Individual Service Plan
- Provides behavioral health services based upon identified treatment needs specified in the clients’ Individual Service Plan and in accordance with employee’s education, training and certification.
- Complies with documentation and filing requirements according to applicable WACs, agency, and funder policies.
- Recognizes, respects, and maintains professional boundaries with clients.
- Develops and maintains working knowledge of community resources.
Assists first responders as needed (i.e., police and medical personnel)
- May provide clinical supervision to mental health trainees, interns, and students in accordance with applicable WACs.
