• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household chores
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, family members, and caregivers
• Stay up-to-date on client care plans and ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with our high standards
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with our office team
