Our establishment, located in beautiful Oak Harbor, WA, is seeking a dedicated Franchise Utility Worker to help keep our hotel running smoothly and our guests happy. If you have at least one year of experience and take pride in keeping spaces clean and organized, we’d love to hear from you!
WhatYou’ll Do
As a Franchise Utility Worker, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and functionality of our hotel. Your typical day might include:
- Cleaning and maintaining lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other public areas.
- Delivering towels, linens, toiletries, and supplies to housekeeping or guest rooms.
- Collecting and removing trash to keep our spaces fresh and inviting.
- Organizing housekeeping closets and storage areas for efficiency.
- Assisting housekeeping with deep cleaning and special projects.
- Responding to guest requests for extra towels or amenities with a smile.
- Helping with laundry tasks when needed.
- Reporting maintenance problems, damage, or safety hazards promptly.
- Occasionally assisting with minor maintenance, moving furniture, or outdoor cleanup.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- The ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving furniture.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
